Ingredients
- 1½ cup shredded chicken
- 1 (7.5-ounce) bowl WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE CHUNKY GUACAMOLE
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup diced celery
- ½ cup chopped red cabbage
- ¼ cup diced jicama
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 sweet red bell pepper, halved and hollowed
Directions
Combine ingredients in a bowl.
Add mixture to bell pepper.
