Easy Avocado Fudge Bark

Who knew Avocado and chocolate was the perfect combination? Use WHOLLY® Avocado for a no fuss way to enjoy this sweet dessert.



  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter (can use coconut butter)
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces white chocolate
  • 2-3 tablespoons deshelled & crushed pistachios
  1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl (50% power for 1-2 minutes, stir in between).
  2. Spread evenly onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Set in freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. While chocolate sets, combine next 4 ingredients in food processor.
  5. Once chocolate is set, spread avocado mixture on top of chocolate.
  6. Set in freezer for 30 minutes or until fully set.
  7. Once set, melt white chocolate in microwave safe bowl (50% power for 30 seconds, stir in between).
  8. Drizzle white chocolate over top.  Immediately sprinkle pistachios over top (while chocolate drizzle is still warm).
  9. Set in freezer for another 20 minutes.
  10. Cut or break into pieces and serve.

NOTE: Keep in freezer until ready to serve (bark can melt if left out too long)
