Avocado Chickpea Mediterranean Salad
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 (8-ounce) package WHOLLY® DICED AVOCADO
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 2 tablespoons green onion
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
