Pomegranate and Feta Mini Avocado Toasts

These mini avocado toasts are topped with pomegranate arils and feta cheese. But what really kicks them up a notch is garnishing them with a honey drizzle, red pepper flakes and sea salt. An easy appetizer your guests will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1” pieces
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles

GARNISH

  • Honey drizzle
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Sea salt flakes
  1. Lay baguette slices on foil lined baking sheet. Spray with olive oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Broil on high for 4 minutes, or until golden, flipping halfway.
  2. Top each piece with about 1 tablespoon of WHOLLY® Diced Avocado.
  3. Top with pomegranate arils and feta cheese.
  4. Garnish with honey drizzle, red pepper flakes and sea salt.
