  • 6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (8-ounce) package WHOLLY┬« Diced Avocado


  1. In medium bowl mix tomato, red onion, garlic and cilantro. In small bowl, mix lime juice, oil, salt and pepper with whisk until blended; pour over tomato mixture. Stir to coat. Gently stir in avocado.

  2. Serve with chips.
