Pineapple and Guacamole Pizza

- 1 store-bought or homemade 12″ pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup garlic prawns (sautéed until just pink)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Juice, drained
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 1/2 cup WHOLLY® Guacamole (for dolloping after bake)
- Olive oil, for drizzling
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place crust on a baking sheet or stone.
2. Spread tomato sauce, then top with mozzarella, garlic prawns, red onion, and pineapple.
3. Bake 12–14 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is bubbling.
4. Remove from oven. Scatter arugula and shaved parmesan on top.
5. Dollop WHOLLY® Guacamole generously. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Slice and serve.
