What Is High Pressure Processing (HPP)?

HPP has been our go-to way of creating great guac, without adding preservatives!

HOW IT WORKS

It all starts with perfectly ripe avocados!

We hand scoop the avocados for the best yield and least amount of waste.

Next, we mix in natural spices and ingredients you can pronounce!

Then, we pack and vacuum seal it.

Using purified water, and no heat, EXTREME PRESSURE is applied.

Like putting it at the bottom of the ocean or like an elephant standing on top of a penny!

This locks in all the flavor and keeps the bad bacteria from doing their thing.
