                           Avocado Poke Wonton Nachos

Layers of wonton chips, ahi tuna and avocado, drizzled with a spicy mayo take these nachos to a whole new level of flavor.

- 1 1/2 cups cubed ahi tuna
 - 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
 - 2 tablespoons LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce
 - 1 tablespoon sour cream
 - 1 bag wonton chips
 - 4-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
 
- Marinate ahi tuna in ponzu sauce and toasted sesame oil for 5 minutes.
 - In small bowl, combine LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce and sour cream; set aside.
 - Spread wonton chips on plate, add marinated ahi tuna, WHOLLY® Diced Avocado, green onions and black sesame seeds.
 - Drizzle sauce over nachos.
