("Administrator") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiary & affiliated companies, advertising, promotion & administrative agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"), and their immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. To participate between 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on 5/1/10 and 11:59:59PM CT on 7/31/10 (the "Promotion Periods"):Visit www.eatwholly.com and complete and submit the online Official Entry Form, following the directions provided, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of (1) entry per person/email address per day. Additional entries beyond the specified limit from any one person/email address will be void. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor's Privacy Policy accessible at: http://www.eatwholly.com/privacy-policy.html. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online Official Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete and inaccurate entries are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by the Administrator and/or Sponsor for Sweepstakes purposes only. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, stolen, garbled, mutilated or undelivered entries, transmissions or email, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or wireless towers; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless, server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, wireless or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries and/or the announcement of the prizes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant based on an email address, entrant will be deemed to be the "authorized account holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., a business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Administrator's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Administrator.

Drawing:Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/6/10 from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be contacted by telephone, email, mail and/or overnight delivery. Drawing will be conducted by Hospodka & White, Inc., an independent organization whose decisions are final & binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Miscellaneous:No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize permitted except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or the return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Administrator's sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that: (1) Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, statements, city and state of residence, photograph and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, Administrator and/or Sponsor, at their discretion, may select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.
